Easy and Clean Meatballs

Whole30, paleo, gluten free, grain free, clean and easy meatballs

Meatballs are one of my favorite easy and clean proteins to make. They are versatile, portable, and delicious. This recipe is Whole30 compliant, gluten and grain free, paleo, dairy free, and added sugar free. Meatballs aren’t just for pasta dishes or marinara. I love to put some franks red hot and homemade ranch on them (buffalo balls hehehehe), dip them in an amazing almond butter sauce, compliant ketchup, bbq sauce, or with pesto or marinara. Click my post here on other sauces that are great and how to make.

For an easy weeknight meal or lunch I always make a double or triple batch of the meatballs and freeze. They freeze really well and to reheat I usually use a microwave, heat them up in a pan with a sauce, or use the air fryer. A big tip, if you are baking these to reheat later, only cook for 12-13 mins depending on your oven. Basically you want them just undercooked so when you reheat them they cook fully but don’t dry out.
